When your parcel is dispatched, we send you a tracking number. If it is sent out via Royal Mail and you are in the UK, it is not a fully trackable service. Therefore it only updates to delivered on delivery. Parcels sent via Evri are fully trackable and you will have been sent a tracking number.
Overseas orders are only trackable if you upgraded to fully tracked (or your order was of high value and therefore upgraded to tracked by ourselves). You will have been sent your tracking details with your order. Tracking codes beginning with UQ are not trackable.
Delivery charges depend on the total order value and what you have ordered, as well as the country where it’s being delivered.
